摘要	本文阐述体育课程及体育课程实施的理论依据，明确体育课程实施价值取向的作用及重要意义。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法，通过对甘肃省普通高校体育教师和学生的调查问卷，对甘肃省普通高校体育课程实施价值取向进行研究和分析，以期为构建普通高校体育课程价值与实施价值之间的效能转换机制，提供理论参考与实践意义,为体育课程的改革提供更为完善和可靠的决策依据。
其他摘要	In this paper the theory of sports curriculum and curriculum implementation, clear the role of the implementation of physical education curriculum value orientation and significance. By the method of documentation, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other research methods, through to the Gansu province ordinary university sports teachers' and students' questionnaires, in Gansu province ordinary university sports curriculum value orientation of research and analysis, in order to build the ordinary university sports curriculum value and value between the transformation mechanism of efficiency, to provide theoretical reference and practical significance, for physical education curriculum reform provide a more perfect and reliable decision basis.
