| 摘要 | 疲劳与断裂是机械零构件失效的一种主要形式。影响零构件疲劳寿命的因素很多，其中缺口效应是一个很重要的影响因素。缺口疲劳问题的研究由来已久并已经获得比较丰富的经验，形成了比较成熟的理论和技术体系，但在实际应用中由于缺口类型的繁多以及材料等因素的不同，所以要形成统一的缺口设计模型是有难度的。本文针对V型缺口试样和U型缺口试样建立了疲劳分析模型并进行研究，讨论了V型缺口参数和U型缺口参数的疲劳特性。 |
| 其他摘要 | Fatigue and fracture is a kind of main form of failure of the mechanical parts.Many factors have an effect on the fatigue life of parts,and the notch effect is a very important factor one of them.It has been a long time that the research on notch fatigue,got a wealth of experience,formed a relatively mature theory and technology system.But in practical application,it is very difficult to form a unified notch model,due to various notch types,as well as materials,etc.In this paper,Fatigue Analysis Models of V-shaped and U-shaped notch specimens were established,and the fatigue characteristics of the V-shaped and U-shaped notch parameters were discussed. |
